- Booking & Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before the start of the tour.
- All payments should be made via the payment methods provided by the tour operator.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on the day of departure or after the tour has begun are non-refundable.
- Tour Modifications
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or accommodation as needed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, road closures, or emergencies.
- In case of significant changes, the customer will be notified in advance, and alternatives will be provided.
